Awarded - Clarges Development. SJE are pleased to announce the award of the Joinery Fit out package at the new £200m prestigious Clarges Development in Mayfair. Its a high end residential-led mixed use scheme comprising over 47 apartments and 50,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space and luxury apartments with views of Buckingham Palace.

New staff members

SJE are delighted to welcome 2 new members of staff, Mick Rowley as in house safety manager and Colin Moule as pre-construction contracts manager. Also our estimating manager Karl Jouan recently passed his HNC with merits & distinctions so well done to him.

Brookfield Multiplex Project

July 2015 great news - Ashmount School & Bowlers Nursery has won an RIBA National Award.  This is in addition to an RIBA London Award and a Commendation under their RIBA Sustainability Award category that was announced in May.
