Supply and installation of the following; Velfac windows, Larch external timber cladding including counter batten system. Timber decking. 1st and 2nd fix fit out of flats and communal areas inc. door sets, ironmongery, bathroom 1st fix and finals inc. mirrors and fixtures + fittings, hardwood + laminate flooring.
Description
Cranfields Mill is a residential development consisting of 279 flats and communal areas. SJE have completed on time, the 2800m2 of Velfac windows, sills + spandrel panels in conjunction with 700m2 of larch cladding and counter battening system. We have also completed the flat fit out on programme including taking on board a significant amount of variations and changes to the door schedule and flooring finishes by the client.
