| SJE pride themselves with the high level of service and quality of the final product delivered to site. Our main objective is to constantly monitor and update our company systems and procedures so that we continuously improve the level of service to our clients. We endeavour to work extremely hard to understand all of our customer’s requirements, which allows us to exceed their expectations of performance by completing on time and in budget. To help us achieve these targets we ensure that all levels of our supply chain adhere to our quality systems by building partnering relationships with some of the construction industry’s best and most recognised suppliers.
We run all of our contracts large and small on the same Quality Inspection Test Plan system which satisfies the requirements of some of the largest Contractors in the UK.
We are currently working to achieve BS EN ISO 9002 quality assurance compliance by June 2011, enhancing our internal auditing, monitoring and management systems and achieving our target of always striving to better our levels of service to our clients.
We currently support two Construction Apprentice Schemes and work closely with local colleges to ensure we employ two Carpenter Apprentices per year to ensure our skills base stays up to date and help with local employment and skills training in the industry.
Our Client aftercare KPI scores are in the high 80’s % range and we are currently striving to beat the 90% mark this year.
