Elephant Road is a mixed use development scheme within the Elephant & Castle regeneration zone, encompassing 373 residential units in the 15 storey South and 24 storey West Towers. The North Tower incorporates 270 student units along with restaurants and a cinema.

SJE Works
SJE were awarded the full design, supply and fit carpentry and joinery package in late 2014 after some 8 years involvement before the down turn in 2007. Following a 6 month pre-con design phase we completed this substantial fit out package in July 2016, on programme and within budget. Works included fitting out the 373 apartments to the South and West Towers inc. 22,000 m2 of acoustic Profloor system and engineered hardwood flooring. 2,800 bespoke door and ironmongery sets, inc. American Black Walnut SBD PAS24 front doors, internal and Selo metal access panel riser doors, as well as the external Balau hardwood decking, 20,000m of skirting & various FFE and signage.
