The overall project scheme is for the complete re-development of the existing Olympia. There are numerous components to the project with both new build and refurbishment. The ultimate client for the project is a consortium called Olympus Property Holding Limited who have appointed Laing O’Rourke as the main contractor to deliver the works. The Olympia development, located near Kensington tube station will be a 146 bedroom hotel for the Citizen M Group.
SJE Works
SJE’s scope of works include the installation of flooring (including sub floors) to all bedrooms, as well as the installation of doors, ironmongery and bedroom furniture. Furthermore, SJE will be installing the flooring to the corridors and lower levels as well as completing the joinery fit out to the Gym on Level 2, the Apex room on Level 1, the reception area, the washrooms and the ground floor entrance.
