Located on the South Bank at the approach to the London Eye, the iconic Shell Centre Tower remains the centrepiece of the new site. Refurbished and complemented by 8 new buildings incorporating new offices and trading floors for Shell. 530,000 sq. ft. of office space, 48,000 sq. ft. new retail units, 800,000 sq. ft. of residential units, inc. 877 new homes with restaurants and cafés due for completion in 2019.

We have now completed the prestigious high end buildings 6 and 7, the 20 and 10 storey residential towers on the South Western edge of the Southbank Place Redevelopment with a combined total of 97 apartments inc. penthouses. After completing a complex design stage we supplied and fitted out all the apartments inc. full height bespoke timber door sets, pocket doors and ironmongery. Hardwood flooring, wardrobes and cupboards inc. lighting. Bathroom fittings, vanity units, back painted glass, shower screens, high level cabinetry inc. lighting & demister mirrors.
