The Broadway is a mixed-use development in Westminster, London SW1 on the former site of new Scotland Yard home to Met Police HQ from 1967 to 2016. Six residential buildings on a 1.72-acre site ranging from 14 to 19 storeys include 285 apartments, whilst two fourth floor landscaped podiums link the towers. The development includes a new street, 15,000 sq ft retail units and 117,300 sq ft office space, and amenities associated with premium high end residential living including a gym, pool, spa, library, games room and a screening room.
SJE works included timber & metal doors, ironmongery and timber wall panelling.
