Offering 1,275 million sq. ft of flexible workspace it’s the first UK tower to house a fresh food market, innovation hub, wellbeing retreat & spa, curated ‘art walk’, business club, cycle hub, destination restaurant, as well as London’s highest free public viewing gallery & 100,000 sq. ft of integrated amenity / social spaces. Designed to increase wellness, engagement & productivity ultimately making a significantly positive impact on 12,000 people that will form its community aiming to be the first UK shell & core building to apply for the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™) WELL Building Standard™ (WELL).

SJE completed the design, supply & install package on this ground breaking new iconic tower for Multiplex. Our scope includes 2,720 Selo riser door sets, 870 nr Shadbolt timber doors inc Walnut veneered, laminate, fully primed & leather clad doors with Allgoods ironmongery. Also 11,300m of timber skirting with brushed stainless steel skirtings to the lift lobbies and a bespoke 600mm wide black American walnut lift reveal architrave.
